At Feliz Seasoning, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos at hello@felizseasoning.com, and we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

We do not accept returns for items opened or used.
